Andrea Anders

Anders is a native of Madison, Wisconsin. She was born and raised in DeForest but is currently with her family in Los Angeles. After graduating from DeForest Area High Schools in DeForest and Stevens Point University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts, Anders came from Madison. Rutgers University awarded her a Master's of Fine Arts degree in 2001. Anders was involved in a romantic relationship with Matt LeBlanc (whom she met during the filming of Joey), her ex-costar of the show that was cancelled. Sean Anders, director of Sex Drive and Never Been Thawed (anders.com), is her twin brother. Anders her career started in the theatre in 2001. In the Broadway show Proof She was Mary Louise Parker's understudy. Then, in The Graduate, Anders played Elaine Robinson. On the Jump appeared on the Arena Stage. New Doors was staged at The Guthrie Theater. Cold/Tender as well as New World Rhapsody are two New York Stage & Film productions. In May 2007, Anders started as a character in her first Geffen Playhouse performance of Fat Pig. Fat Pig was closed by July 1, 2007. She played Jeannie, an accountant. Anders had her first TV appearance on an Dannon commercial, which ran from the years 1990 and 2006. Anders is best known for her character Nicole Allen in The Class. She was the wife of a former football player, Nicole Allen. Anders appeared in each episode of the two series and neither show was re-run. Anders is also a guest appearances on One Life to Live, Law & Order, The Guiding Light as well as Tru Calling. She was on the screen five times during the HBO's Oz series in the year 2003. She appeared as Heather Degenhart as well as Brandy on The Stepford Wives. Anders was in Numb3rs (2008). Anders played in two television shows that failed. Spellbound and News To Me were the two unsuccessful television pilots. Anders has been cast most recently on Better Off Ted. It is an ABC single-camera comedy about workplaces written by Victor Fresco.
